What are credits?
Credits are the currency used to generate videos. Typically, 1 second of video costs 1 credit, and even videos shorter than 1 second consume 1 credit. For example, a 1-second video uses 1 credit, while a 29.2-second video uses 30 credits. Some advanced models consume more credits. We offer a limited amount of free credits for you to try, and you can purchase credit packs to get more.
How do subscription plans work? (Monthly vs. Annual)
We offer two types of subscription plans based on your creative needs. The billing and credit rules are as follows:
- 1.Billing & Renewal
Monthly Subscription: This is a recurring plan. You are billed every month on the date you subscribed, and it automatically renews until you cancel.
Annual Subscription: This is a one-time upfront payment for the entire year. It does not automatically renew. Once the 12-month period ends, you will need to manually subscribe again to continue your plan.
Failed Renewal (Monthly): If a monthly renewal fails (e.g., insufficient funds), your account will be automatically downgraded to the Free version.
- 2.Credits Allocation (The Monthly Batch)
Monthly Basis: Regardless of whether you choose a Monthly or Annual plan, credits are granted on a monthly basis.
Note for Annual Users: You do not receive the full year's credits at once. Instead, you receive a fresh batch of credits every month throughout your 12-month subscription.
- 3.Expiration Policy
No Roll-over: Subscription credits do not accumulate. At the end of each monthly billing cycle, any unused subscription credits will automatically expire and be cleared.
Finality: This applies to both monthly and annual subscribers. Credits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be restored once they expire at the end of the month.
What is the difference between Free, Subscription, and One-time Pack credits?
Free credits: Designed to reward your daily activities (such as logging in, sharing, etc.). Please note that these credits have a time limit and will be automatically refreshed and cleared at the end of the cycle (daily/weekly). 'Earn and use immediately' is the best strategy.
Subscription Credits: These credits are granted on a monthly basis as part of your subscription plan. They do not roll over or accumulate, and will automatically expire at the end of each monthly billing cycle. Once expired, they cannot be restored.
One-time Pack Credits: These are your permanent balance purchased via one-time packs. They have no expiration date and will never be automatically cleared. These credits remain in your account until they are actually consumed for generation services.
Do credits expire?
It depends on the type of credits in your balance:
One-time Pack Credits: No, they do not expire. These credits remain valid permanently in your account and will never be automatically cleared.
Subscription Credits: Yes, they expire. These credits are granted on a monthly basis and do not roll over. Any unused subscription credits will expire at the end of each monthly billing cycle.
Free Credits: Yes, they expire. Free credits have different expiration cycles depending on how they were earned (e.g., daily or weekly). They will be automatically cleared once their specific cycle ends.
What is the order of point deduction?
To provide the best value, our system consumes credits in this order: Free Credits (expire daily) → Subscription Credits (expire monthly) → One-time Pack Credits (permanent).
What happens if I upgrade or cancel my subscription?
Upgrading Your Plan:Immediate Effect: Your new plan takes effect immediately
Monthly Plan Users: You only pay a prorated price difference for the remaining days of the current month. Your new plan's credits will be prorated and combined with your current remaining credits. Subsequent months will be billed at your subscribed plan's normal rate.
Annual Plan Users: You need to pay the price difference for the remaining days of your current annual fee (calculated daily). Your new plan's credits will be prorated based on the remaining validity period and combined with your current remaining credits.
Downgrading Your Plan: Plan downgrades are not supported. You must cancel first and re-subscribe to a lower tier in the next cycle.
Canceling Your Plan: Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and your remaining Subscription Credits can still be used until their expiration date. After that, you will not be charged, and your account will return to the Free version. After that, you will not be charged, and your account will return to the Free version.
When can I cancel my subscription?
Annual Plan: No action is required—the subscription will not auto-renew after expiration.
Monthly Plan: You may cancel at any time via the My Subscriptions page in your account. No additional fees will be charged. Your current plan will remain active until the end of the billing period, after which it will revert to the free version.
Can I have multiple subscription plans at the same time?
No.You can only have one active subscription plan at a time. If you wish to change your current plan, the following rules apply:
Upgrading:You can upgrade to a higher-tier plan at any time, and it takes effect immediately
For the Current Month: You only pay a prorated price difference for the remaining days. Your credits will be updated by adding the prorated credit difference of the new plan to your current remaining credits (your existing credits will not be cleared).
For the Remaining Months: For the rest of your subscription period, you will pay the regular price difference between the two plans, and you will receive the full monthly credit quota of the new plan each month.
Downgrading:Plan downgrades are not allowed. If you want to switch to a lower plan, you must cancel your current subscription first and manually subscribe to the new plan after the current billing cycle ends.
Extra Credits:If you just need more credits without changing your plan, you can always purchase One-time Packs on top of your current subscription.
Can I purchase multiple One-time Packs?
Yes. You can purchase multiple packs at any time, and the credits will accumulate. For example, if you purchase a 500-credit pack and a 3,000-credit pack, you will receive 3,500 credits in total. All credits purchased via One-time Packs are permanently valid and will never expire.
Is there a daily limit on video generation duration?
No limit. Each video generation consumes credits, and once credits are exhausted, you cannot continue generating videos. Note that different models consume different amounts of credits, and the video duration provided in the credit pack is only a prediction based on the basic model rules, not the actual video duration you generate.
Is the website free to try?
Yes. You can get free credits every day by logging in, sharing, or following our social media accounts, which allows you to fully experience our product before paying.
Can I use the generated videos commercially after paying?
Yes, commercial use is allowed as long as you have full rights to the uploaded files. For example, you must not use celebrities or copyrighted IP characters for commercial purposes.
